LOFT ON LINCOLN
Built in 1910, this historic building is formerly known as the EL Wright School and was converted to residential living in March of 2019. Within these walls were elementary classrooms, cloak rooms, lavatories, a cafeteria, a janitors closet, and countless stories of those who occupied these halls between 1910 and 1988.
The apartment renovation was completed between June 2018 - March 2019. Each classroom was used to create one apartment. Cloak rooms, lavatories and lobbies were reconfigured as well to create a total square footage of 1200 sq feet per unit. Because we wanted to save as much of the original character as we could, the tile and wood floors are still the original floors. As is much of the trim and molding. Much of the entrance remains the same. The double doors, nastolgic tile work and extravagant staircase are much of what drew us to this building.

TOWNHOUSE ON THE WATER
Built in the early 1900's, this historic building is formerly known as the Chassell Community Center and was converted to residential living in May of 2021. A basketball court, bowling allies, locker rooms, lavatories, a stage and a balcony were what previously filled these walls. Countless basketball games, school functions, and endless events were held here making the Chassell Community Center a source of memorabilia for the City of Chassell and surrounding areas.
The townhouse renovation was completed between December 2020 and May 2021. The basketball court, bowling allies, balcony and stage were reconfigured to create a total square footage of 2000 sq feet per townhouse. Because we wanted to save as much of the original character as we could, the hardwood floors in units 1-3 are the original floors. As is the staircase in the front entrance and some of the trim and molding. Unit #5 is currently in the location of the old bus garage which was previously used to store the school busses for the Chassell area schools.
